Commission Terms of Service
Please make sure your commission request complies with these guidelines before we get in contact! By contacting me, you are assumed to agree to my terms of service.

If your request differs from my usual themes and is not listed here, feel free to ask via DM!*please note that previous exclusion list still applies to sfw commissions-- most notably the use of canon and/or underaged characters in any capacity. I only want to draw adult original characters while operating under this account.
1. Payment of all commissions must be upfront and through invoice. No haggling. If you have a budget I can recommend commission types that will meet your price needs.
commissions above $100 may split payments 50% up front and then 50% after agreed upon sketch2. You may use the commissioned art in any way you'd like so long as credit is given via username tag or watermark. Please do not resell my work or convert to an NFT.3. I reserve the right to share (or to not share) a completed commission on my social media pages at my own discretion. You may request a commission to be private for an additional fee of $204. If you are commissioning me you must be over the age of 18.5. Excessive rudeness or inappropriate comments made towards me during the commissioning process will not be tolerated.6. I reserve the right to refuse any commission request or halt work on a commission at any time. Halting midway will only happen if you are excessively rude, overly inappropriate, or if I find out you are underage 50% refunds will be given if this should be the case, no full refunds7. Revision policy: two rounds of revisions during the progress stages of the work and one round of revisions after the commission is finished are allowed!
Revisions count towards changes in color, size, design elements, minor pose adjustments, and etc. Larger changes like switching characters or drastic changes in pose will be charged an extra fee depending on the situation.8. Commissions will be completed within 40 days of initial payment. If I have not completed your commission after 40 days, you can either request a full refund and progress on your commission will be halted OR request a 50% refund if you want your commission piece finished.9. By sending me a commission request, you agree to these rules listed above!

Commission Pricing
Custom commissions have a unique pricing system! The base price represents what a singular nude character in a commission would be based on what amount of the body (shoulder up, waist up, or full body) is shown and in what type of shading style. Additional fees are added to the base price in the form of percentages of said base price!
Example:Standard shading full body || $70
+ Complex tiny character || +60%
+ Clothed || +30%Base (b) = $70b + (b x .6) + (b x .3) = $133
When more than one character is featured in the piece, base price represents the character that is most visually dominate. In size scenarios, for example, a tiny held in close visual view would be considered the base, even if the bigger character take up more of the frame.
I promise you don't have to price your commissions out yourself! I'll give you a quote based on your request before the commission process begins-- this page is only a guide to show how I generate quotes as well as for those who have a particular budget in mind and want to price out their idea before making a request.

* Partial Bodies refers to any character that may be more implied or out of frame. This can refer to just the neck area, chest, hand, or genital parts being shown and nothing else.** Custom Design Fees are applied when a commissioner does not have an illustrated + colored reference for the character they want drawn. Fees will be included if the character reference is by text, pieced together by photo collage, based on a real life photo, drawn but does not provide necessary details like color, and etc. Fees are not applied if the commissioner has a full character reference and additionally sends references for a specific outfit, hair style change, or etc.*** Complex Design Fees are applied to characters who have detailed elements in their design. Most of the time this comes in the form of a detailed outfit, armor, or full body tattoos. If you are providing character reference via MMORPG model, it will most likely have this fee applied. You may choose to simplify your character design to forgo this fee being added.
